Refunds and Exchange Policy:

Sorry no refunds on downloads, recordings, sessions, or events after they have been delivered. Exchanges prior to delivery or event date can be made for items or events of the same price, but note there are no refunds on these items.

Refunds may be issued for the following exceptions:

Private sessions require 24 hour notice of cancellation or the full session rate applies.

Courses held via teleconference are refunded (less $25 processing fee) with notice 3 days prior to the event start date.

A minimum number of workshop registrations are required to run a workshop. If I do not have the required number one week in advance of the workshop, I will need to cancel it. In the event of a cancellation, your registration fees will be refunded in full. If you are booking airfare or hotels prior to one week in advance, I encourage you to contact me to confirm that our minimum has been met before booking flights or hotels.

Quantum Touch Workshops Cancellation Policy:

•Registrations cancelled greater than 15 business days prior to a workshop, student will receive a refund of tuition fees paid, minus a $50.00 USD Administrative Fee.

•Registrations cancelled between 14 and 10 business days prior to a workshop, student will receive a 50% refund of tuition fees paid, minus a $50.00 USD administrative fee.

•Registrations cancelled 10 business days or less before the workshop, or if a student does not attend, will not receive a refund.

•There is a $50 USD transfer fee for Students wishing to transfer their registration from one workshop to another as long as the transfer is completed at least 15 business days before the workshop.

No refund requests will be honored post-workshop.

Terms of Service

Your purchase is your agreement to the following terms of service.

I have chosen to participate in a session, product, teleconference or workshop with Suzanne Schevene to include any or all services provided, such as energy balancing and healing, teleconferences classes and workshop attendance.

In consideration of Awakening Essence’s agreement to instruct, assist or train me, I do here and forever hold harmless the Company and its respective agents from any and all claims, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in a session or product or any program without limitation. I recognize that in no way does any member of Awakening Essence provide legal, medical or therapeutic advice and it is my responsibility to secure such advisement. I acknowledge and agree that I assume the risks associated with any and all activities and/or programs in which I participate.

I acknowledge and agree that no warranties or representations have been made to me regarding the results I will achieve from any insight or program. I understand that results are individual and may vary.

File Downloading: All material is copyrighted and protected under international copyright law. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important, and I appreciate the trust you put in me and Awakening Essence.

How do I collect information? If you purchase a product or service, the shopping cart collects an email address and billing information. Your billing information is not stored. If you sign in through the website to join the newsletter, I collect a name and email address.

What information is collected? Only your email address is collected for most interactions. A physical address if you purchase from my website.

How will I use the information about you? I collect information about you in order to process your order and, if you agree, share with you services, products and events we offer (via newsletter). I never, ever share your information with anyone else for marketing purposes.

How long do I keep this information? I keep this information until you opt out, unsubscribe, or request that the information is deleted.
