Intentional Creativity Classes aren’t designed to help you paint an apple that looks like an apple. They are created as a doorway to your inner healing, transformation and wisdom. Making IC art calms your nervous system, supports whole brain integration (it helped me immensely after a concussion) and gives your inner voice an opportunity to freely express. It isn’t about the end product – it’s about the process. No experience needed – in fact it is often better if you aren’t already trained in the arts.
Living Life Energetically Aware. These energy events support a state of unity and integration within your whole being. This increases your energy awareness and ability to see and choose how to live your most empowered life. With all of these activations, you are not being ‘given’ anything as much as a part of you is being sparked, or activated, so more of who you are can show up and be present as you align with specific frequencies. (format is like a guided meditation) Are you ready to step into more of your Whole Self?
Dancing Between the Worlds
An Intentional Creativity event. Some of us don’t dream but rather live as we were taught. Some have disassociated from the body to live primarily in the mind or cosmos. But when we live IN our bodies, tapped into the earth and cosmos, we are our most powerful selves and in this power, we have choice. We can access our dreams AND we can bring them into physical form. This class is an invitation to align and inhabit more of your whole self. And in doing so the question is this - how do you want to FEEL in that beautiful body of yours? Bring that intention and let's give it some juice!

EMF (Electro Magnetic Field) Balancing Technique
A spring cleaning for your energetics!! Energy flow impacts every area of your life. Having your energy flowing well nourishes your body, mind and emotions creating greater wholeness in your life. Each of the sessions work within your energetic system to bring you to your next level of balance. The focus is not healing, although that is often a byproduct of greater balance and harmony. The Evolutionary Foundations series includes the first 4 Phases offered as 2 Combination sessions. Session 1 (Phases 1 & 2) clears & balances chakras, mental & emotional states and supports the wisdom of your history to come forth. Session 2 (Phases 3 & 4) supports the balance of giving & receiving, clears & balances minor chakras and strengthens your core so you can step out in a new way, allowing good things to happen.

Teacher of Teachers
A Master Activation Series to strengthen your ability to teach in new ways. When you activate your frequency you strengthen your ability to teach, both yourself and others. This Series enables the reading and translations of emerging lesson plans, in addition to strengthening the ability to teach, both informally and formally, and to catalyze positive action in self and others.

The tuning sessions have gently brought into my body an expansion of who I am as a universal being of love in a way that I’ve never felt before. After each session I seem to flow throughout the day in a space of ease, openness and expanded appreciation for who I am and for all that is around me. And this experience continued to grow after each session and seemed to build upon the previous sessions so that I now seem to have the capacity to hold so much more of what I experience on a daily basis, both internally and externally.
